We’re always glad to hear about interesting topics from ICS/OT security practice. If you’d like to give a talk at one of our events, send us a short e-mail with your topic and a rough abstract.

Our guidelines for talks
- Vendor-neutral: No commercial talks that promote a product or a service.
- Practical value: Ideally, the talk gives the ICS community something it can put into practice.
- Format: Online we are flexible. A 30–45 minute talk followed by at least 15 minutes of questions has worked well.
- No fees: We don’t pay speakers. As an association, our programme lives on members sharing what they know.
- Abstract: A rough abstract (under 200 words) helps us see which part of the wide field of ICS security you’d like to explore.

How governance, risk management and compliance become one steerable loop. Starting from the BIA, crown jewels and loss scenarios are quantified in francs and days of downtime instead of heatmaps, measured control effectiveness and recovery times feed back into the model, and the loop ends in a documented risk decision.
